When you submit a pitch deck through a branded instance of this platform, your pitch deck, analysis results, and associated information will be shared with the partner organization whose branding appears on the platform. The partner organization will receive notifications (including via Slack) and have access to view your uploaded pitch deck and analysis scores. This sharing is necessary to provide the evaluation service you requested through their branded platform.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may have access to your data:

  • AWS S3: For secure file storage
  • AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google (depending on configuration) for pitch deck analysis
  • Slack: For sending analysis notifications to the partner organization

These third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We retain your pitch deck files and associated data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal or contractual obligations we may have.
